WEDDING MAKEUP ARTIST, SPECIAL EVENTS & MAKEUP LESSONS IN MINNEAPOLIS
Makeup Artistry that Feels Like Genuine Care
From one-on-one makeup lessons to wedding day makeup and
everything in between, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.
You don’t need a generic look pulled from someone else’s inspiration board.
You need an artist who listens to your vision and creates something built around you.
Maybe you’ve scrolled through hundreds of photos, worried the final look won’t feel like you. Maybe you’ve had makeup done before that looked beautiful in someone else’s mirror, just not your own.
Here, every look starts with a conversation, not a template.
I want to bring out what’s already there, so when you look in the mirror, you recognize exactly who you see.

"She was very professional."
Alexa did my bridal makeup for my wedding and she did an amazing job. I only needed to have my makeup and one bridesmaid's done but wanted someone to come on site. Alexa was perfect for our small wedding party! This was my first time getting my makeup done professionally, and she was able to tell what what look good on me without me having to show any inspo pictures or try to describe what I was looking for. She was very professional, incorporated some small tweaks from our trial, and was really lovely to hang out with on the morning of my wedding!

"Alexa is an incredibly kind & talented bridal makeup artist!"
From the inquiry and the trial to the day-of application, working with her was seamless. She nailed my bridal look and perfectly captured the sort of non-traditional vibe & color pallete I was going for.I felt very comfortable and encouraged to provide honest feedback after my trial and Alexa executed my notes & tweaks flawlessly on the big day. I could go on about her artistry talents but it’s really her kindness that puts her above and beyond. She’s exactly who you want on your vendor team when nerves are running high and you simply want to look and feel your best with little stress. Thank you Lex!!

"We were so impressed with her skills and professionalism."
"Alexa did such a beautiful job on mine and my mom's makeup for my wedding! During our trials, she really took the time to perfect what we wanted. I showed her some photos and she was able to tailor it to our face. She understood that everyone has certain ways of doing their own makeup and she was flexible in allowing that. I like my brows a certain way and she allowed me to correct it.
She did our makeup how we would have done it but BETTER and that's what makes a great makeup artist!
Alexa is a very gentle, caring, and calm person which really helped relieve my nerves day of wedding. She's punctual, professional, communicative, and organized. She is a must have on your big day or occasion!"

Beautiful makeup matters here.
So does feeling completely cared for.
I want your time with me to feel light, full of ease, and joyful; like a weight has been lifted and you’re cared for from start to finish.
That’s why I never rush an application or reach for a one-size-fits-all look. Every product, technique, and recommendation is chosen with you in mind, because the best artistry happens when you feel completely at ease.

Reach out through the inquiry form, and I’ll follow up with everything you need to know, along with the easiest way to connect.
let's plan
We’ll talk through your vision and what you’re hoping to feel, whether that means booking your wedding date, scheduling a lesson, or planning a trial.
your appointment
On the day, you’ll get the same thoughtful, tailored artistry and calm cared-for experience, no matter what brought you to my chair.
Picture Yourself Looking Back on This Day...
The makeup washes off at the end of the night, but how you felt in it doesn’t disappear.
Months from now, you’ll look back at your photos and remember feeling like the most confident version of yourself, not someone you didn’t recognize. That kind of confidence has a way of following you past the appointment itself: into how you carry yourself, into how you show up in a room, and into how boldly you say yes to what’s next.

Both! Alongside wedding and event makeup, I offer one-on-one makeup lessons in Minneapolis for anyone who wants to feel more confident applying their own makeup day to day, not just for a single event.

Wedding season across the Twin Cities books up quickly, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date, ideally 9 to 12 months out for weddings. Lessons and event makeup typically need less lead time, but earlier is always easier to accommodate.
You deserve a warm, welcoming experience and a beautifully tailored makeup look, made just for you.
